Charles Kelley's New Video Out Now

Fan Response to “The Driver” Propels New Track onto Spotify’s All-Genre Top 10 Most Viral Tracks Chart

NASHVILLE, TN – Oct. 23, 2015 - As fans and critics continue to rave about one of Spotify’s all-genre Top 10 Most Viral Tracks “The Driver” from Charles Kelley, the award-winnging singer/songwriter has exclusively released the music video for the raw single that will “leave you covered in goosebumps” (CMT) through VEVO today.

”It takes a whole circus of people on the road to get from city to city each night,” said Kelley. "This song pretty much sums up the last eight years of my life in four minutes, so I wanted the video to include some of the people behind-the-scenes who help us live this crazy dream before the show starts and the fans that bring it all to life. ”

The music video for the “behind-the-scenes story-song allowing us a peek at the people who keep the music on the road, and its dreams alive” (All Access) was shot last month and directed by TK McKamy. From the jumpseat of his tour bus, Kelley catches the break of dawn before a standout performance with Dierks Bentley and Eric Paslay at Nashville’s War Memorial Auditorium. Stepping outside of one of the world’s most popular groups, Charles Kelley explores new territory with a raw sound that pushes his vocals into a lower, grittier key than what listeners have been hearing from him in a group setting. "The Driver" serves as the lead single from his upcoming first-ever solo release and was born in a ratty studio in the back of producer Paul Worley’s office. His unmatched perspective of hours spent on the road pursuing a life-long dream is present through his impeccable voice and is noted by Billboard as “one of the most talked-about releases.” In addition to his success as part of seven-time GRAMMY award-winning trio Lady Antebellum, Kelley has also penned No. one hits recorded by Luke Bryan and Darius Rucker. His headlining THE DRIVER TOUR picked up by Enterprise, will make its first stop at House of Blues in Cleveland, OH on November 28th with special guest Maren Morris.
