Continuing his triumphant run at country radio, Combs’ single, “Lovin’ On You,” recently spent multiple weeks at No. 1 on both the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart and the Billboard Country Airplay chart. This is Combs’ ninth-consecutive No. 1 single—a first on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart—as well as his eighth single to spend multiple weeks atop the chart, sixth-consecutive, multi-week No. 1 and fourth single to spend four or more weeks at No. 1. Moreover, his current single, “Better Together,” is already top 25 at country radio and rising.
Combs also recently made history as the first artist ever to have their first two studio albums spend 25 weeks or more at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart—breaking Taylor Swift’s previously held record at 24 weeks. The achievement comes as What You See Is What You Get topped the chart for the 25th time earlier this summer, while his 2017 debut, This One’s For You, has spent 50 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1—tying the record for the longest reign atop the chart with Shania Twain’s Come On Over in 1997.

DIERKS BENTLEY IS BACK WITH NEW SINGLE “GONE” AT COUNTRY RADIO AND DIGITAL SERVICES TODAY
Multi-PLATINUM Singer/Songwriter Will Perform the New Track at the 2020 iHeartCountry Festival Tomorrow
NASHVILLE, TN - Oct. 22, 2020 – “One of Country music’s most adventurous artists” (Billboard), Dierks Bentley is back with the release of his new single “Gone” (Capitol Records Nashville) today. Grounded by the unmistakable grit in his vocal and driven by an aching groove that builds into an infectious chorus, it’s a heartbreak story with big effect. Bentley will perform "Gone" for the first time during the 2020 iHeartCountry Festival tomorrow (10/23 at 7:00P CT on LiveXLive) and the new single is now available at Country Radio and all digital partners.
"Country music is the best genre for storytelling, and I feel like we are realizing it probably now more than ever since we can’t congregate together at concerts, high five each other, sing and shout at the top of our lungs. A good country show is just about the greatest communion there is out there,” Bentley said. "We are all relying on lyrics and melodies at home and trying however we can to find different ways to connect with our fans, so that they know how important they still are to us. I hope this song resonates with mine, and I’m counting the days until we can all be back together again, beers in the air.”
Written by Nicolle Galyon, Ben Johnson and Niko Moon and produced by David Garcia, Bentley again finds himself pushing new sonic territory. This time by layering dobro, piano and guitar sounds with the same fearlessness that has won him both critical acclaim and commercial viability over the last nine albums and 19 No. One hits.
Bentley continues to be a dominant voice for the genre with over 6.4 billion streams. Reaching a new creative high while “making music designed to challenge” (New York Times), Bentley co-wrote 10 of 13 tracks on his last album THE MOUNTAIN, which earned him the highest debut sales of his career and became his seventh chart-topping release. Bentley has amassed countless nominations from the ACMs, CMAs, Billboard Music Awards and more while also earning 14 GRAMMY nominations. He just recently celebrated his 15 year anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry. For more information visit www.dierks.com.
