The Platinum-selling singer/songwriter also took today to share his new single, “Middle of a Memory,” with country radio. Written by Swindell, Ashley Gorley and Zach Crowell, “Middle of a Memory” follows the singer/songwriter’s latest No. 1 smash, “You Should Be Here.”
With over 32 million streams, 570,000 tracks sold and more than 16 million YouTube views, the lead single and title track of the album recently reigned on the charts. “You Should Be Here” held a four week run on top of Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart (tally of digital streams, radio airplay and sales) in addition to its multiple weeks sitting at No. 1 on country airplay. The song joins Swindell’s first four No. 1 consecutive singles as a solo artist (including Gold-certified “Let Me See Ya Girl,” along with Platinum-certified hits “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight,” “Ain’t Worth The Whiskey” and “Chillin’ It”) and marks his eighth overall as a songwriter.
