CHRIS JANSON ANNOUNCES BUY ME A BOAT SUMMER TOUR
CMT Music Awards Breakthrough Video of the Year nominee kicks off 100-plus date run
NASHVILLE, TN – (May 18, 2016) – Singer-songwriter and electrifying live performer Chris Janson is excited to announce his new Buy Me a Boat Tour with more than 100 stops through the summer.
Riding the wave of success from his 2015 platinum megahit “Buy Me a Boat” and the breakthrough success of the Warner Bros. Records/Warner Music Nashville album of the same name, the CMT Music Awards and Music Row Awards nominee is taking it to the people this summer with a coast to coast headlining tour.
“I'm extremely excited about the Buy Me a Boat Tour this summer,” Janson said. “Performing is one of my favorite things to do. I love to be on stage and thrive on the energy from the crowd. With more than 100 dates on the tour this summer, it's going to be in full swing. I'm looking forward to it!”
The true-life “Holdin’ Her,” the current single from Buy Me a Boat, recently went for adds at Country Radio and is drawing an overwhelming response from fans. The story of falling in love with his wife, Janson got a standing ovation at CRS New Faces night after performing the song. Watch the video here.
