NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (November 3, 2022) – “Cole Swindell elevates his game to a higher level at a sold-out Ryman Auditorium,” The Tennessean headline read the morning after the first of two sold-out headlining shows at the Mother Church of Country Music. The Tennessean claimed his performance “was a career defining victory” for the “aspiring country industry-leading superstar.” Swindell will return to the Ryman Auditorium tonight for the second sold-out show.

Last night, Swindell celebrated the milestone headlining shows with a pre-show hang at Nashville’s The Stage on Broadway with his team, industry guests and his closest friends and family. Warner Music Nashville surprised him with the news that several of his songs and albums have received RIAA®
certifications, including two multi-week No. 1 hits from his current album Stereotype, “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” and “Single Saturday Night,” both being recognized as Platinum. Other certifications include: “Break Up In The End” (2x Platinum), “You Should Be Here” (3x Platinum), his sophomore project You Should Be Here (Platinum) and his third studio album All of It (Gold).

The Georgia native’s Platinum-selling “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” is his 12th career No. 1 and fastest-rising single to date, topping the charts in just 12 weeks. It made him the only artist in 2022 to have a FIVE consecutive-week No. 1 across the Billboard and Country Aircheck airplay charts. “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” has amassed the largest airplay audience of any country single this year and has remained at No. 2 on the Billboard chart for an additional month (and counting!) after its historic run at No. 1. The single broke records as the first five-week chart-topper from Warner Music Nashville since Blake Shelton’s “Austin” in 2001, and it boasts more than 250 million global streams.

Earlier this year Pandora honored Swindell with the elite BILLIONAIRE plaque for surpassing three BILLION lifetime spins. He has earned more than 5.2 BILLION global streams throughout his career

Swindell is on a career-high. He is currently nominated for
CMA Awards for his multi-week chart-topper “Never Say Never” with Lainey Wilson (Musical Event of the Year and Music Video of the Year). He will also be performing his five-week No. 1 single “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” on the ceremony’s nationally televised broadcast. The 56th CMA Awards will air LIVE from Nashville Wednesday, Nov. 9 (8:00 – 11:00 PM/EST) on ABC.

The skyrocketing superstar and lauded entertainer is currently
headlining Back Down To The Bar Tour with Ashley Cooke and Dylan Marlowe, and it was announced today that he will join Thomas Rhett for the Home Team Tour in 2023. Swindell will hit the road for shows this weekend in Biloxi, MS and Fayetteville, AR before heading back to Nashville for his performance on the 56th CMA Awards
