Lady A Las Vegas Residency

Multi-Platinum Trio Kicks-Off 15-Date Run for Packed House at PALMS Casino Resort’s Pearl Theater That Continues Wednesday

LAS VEGAS, NV – Feb. 11, 2019 – Seven-time GRAMMY award-winning group Lady Antebellum opened their OUR KIND OF VEGAS residency at PALMS Casino Resort’s Pearl Theater in Las Vegas this past weekend (2/8 & 2/9) to capacity crowds. The “expertly designed show” (Las Vegas Sun) tied together Lady A’s early story and decade long success, with spontaneous moments durning "slickly produced” (Las Vegas Review Journal) show from start to finish. Intertwining their chart-topping songs with multidimensional staging, the night of storytelling shared moments from the band’s songwriting roots through biggest moments that had the crowd both on their feet and intently listening to every moment. With stripped-down performances alongside hitmaker Nathan Chapman in a Nashville-style in-the-round, the weekend also included the one-night-only special guest singer/songwriter Richard Marx on Saturday.

“This residency really is a dream come true,” said Kelley. “We’ve been hoping to do a theater tour for a long time, because we feel like it’s the perfect place to connect with fans and tell our full story. There are so many moments from our career so far that have made us the band we are today, and it reminds us of why we’re here and where we’re going. It’s even a great setting to try out a few songs on the crowd and get their immediate feedback."
"The group reaches back to the aughts to remind fans why they loved 'I Run to You' or 'Lookin’ for a Good Time.' They also bring a Mardi Gras-like party to the stage for more recent hits like 'You Look Good' and ‘Bartender.' The stage becomes a makeshift Bluebird Cafe as they strip it down and perform an acoustic set with fellow songwriters." - Rolling Stone

“There is country at the core of a Lady A show; there are some sonic moments, but similar to how Reba McEntire and Brooks & Dunn bring a sonic quality to their shows at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Country is in there, but so is rock ‘n’ roll, folk and some R&B with the horns." - Las Vegas Review Journal

“Powerful vocal performances are what sets the group apart from its country-pop contemporaries, anchored by the constant, precise blend of their three voices.”  Las Vegas Sun
